On today's episode, Josie sits down with Olivia Amitrano (better known as Organic Olivia), a clinical herbalist, blogger, and founder & CEO of Organic Olivia, a brand of healing supplements, teas, and tinctures rooted in herbology. Olivia shares her lifelong journey with autoimmune disease and chronic symptoms, and how she evolved her routines and did a lot of inner work to achieve healing. Josie and Olivia also discuss why the root of chronic symptoms can be emotional or previous trauma, how Olivia is currently doing a life audit (just in time for her wedding), and the 101 on herbology—how it works, why it does not contradict modern science, and that is universal to all of us.
